On April 16, the first second-hand car export order in Ningxia cleared customs in the Yinchuan Free Trade Zone, with the vehicle destined for Kyrgyzstan, marking a breakthrough in Ningxia's second-hand car export business.

To support the second-hand car export business, the Department of Commerce of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has conducted a series of events such as holding coordination meetings for car exporters, hosting second-hand car export forum as well as streamlining the relevant export processes.

The used-car exporting company in this instance, Hengyuanhe (Ningxia) Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd., is the first qualified enterprise for second-hand car exports approved by the Department of Commerce of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The department assisted the company throughout the entire process of vehicle procurement, transfer procedures, inspections and preparations for export. This has also enabled the department to accumulated experience for the exploration of used car export business in Ningxia.

Going forward, Ningxia's Department of Commerce will continue to provide guidance and better services to used car export enterprises, and will explore key target markets and expand the scale of used car exports. At the same time, it will coordinate with other local authorities to optimize the business environment and accelerate the vigorous development of the used car export business in the region.
