XinhuaThe China-Qatar Entrepreneurs Exchange Conference and the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) was held on February 24 in Doha, the capital of Qatar. Enterprises and organizations from both China and Qatar actively engaged in business negotiations and signed multiple contracts.
Yu Jianlong, Vice President of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), said in his speech that, enjoying the strong economic complementarity of China and Qatar, the practical cooperation between the two countries in the fields of energy, infrastructure, equipment manufacturing and industrial zones has been expanding continuously, which has brought great benefits to both sides. CCPIT expected to work together with the Qatari business communities to promote cooperation between the two countries with greater efforts.
The participants said that the economic and trade cooperation between the two sides has enormous potential and broad prospects. China's trade structure with Qatar has also been continuously optimized, and the two countries have made remarkable progress in cooperation in new energy, high-end equipment manufacturing and other fields, pushing the China-Qatar cooperation to a higher level. Qatari enterprises and organizations are willing to actively participate in the 3rd CISCE to build an industrial and supply chain partnership featured stability and mutual trust.
