On March 22th, China-Europe Freight Train Imported Bonded Goods & China-Arab-Central Asia Characteristic Import and Export Commodities Exhibition and Sales Center (the Center) officially commenced operations in Yinchuan. It is the largest imported bonded commodities exhibition and sales complex in Northwest China.

The Center covers an area of more than 1,300 square meters, offering a full range of products such as food and beverages, maternal-infant supplies, affordable and premium luxury goods, health care products and so on. All products in the store are transported by China-Europe freight trains. Adopting an innovative model of "overseas direct procurement + bonded warehousing + online-offline integration", the Center leverages the stable and efficient cross-border modern logistics system of China-Europe rail routes. Such a model not only guarantees the quality of the commodities but also significantly reduces circulation costs by streamlining supply chain processes.

The Center operates under an integrated model of "general trade + cross-border bonded services", aggregating over 10,000 imported products from 46 countries and regions along the Belt and Road routes and China-Europe freight train corridors. It  fills the market gap for high-quality imported goods in Northwest China while establishing a demonstration platform showcasing achievements of the Belt and Road co-construction.

China and Central Asian/Arab countries have forged strong partnerships as trusted neighbors and good friends in the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. Since the initiative's launch in 2013, Ningxia has seized this historic opportunity to vigorously expand economic cooperation with these nations. Over the past decade, the region has achieved total import-export volumes of 1.81 billion yuan with 5 Central Asian countries (1.51 billion yuan in exports and 300 million yuan in imports), and 10.99 billion yuan with Arab countries (8.48 billion yuan in exports and 2.51 billion yuan in imports). Collaboration has significantly expanded  across multiple domains including commercial trade & tourism, cultural exchanges, industrial partnerships, and logistics corridor development, with substantial potential for further cooperation expansion.
